casayohana protects and helps children with disabilities, women and families and facilitates therapeutic services in the highlands of the Andes in Peru. With authorities, churches and local non-profit institutions (NGOs) casayohana works closely together to provide culturally relevant, practical and sustainable aid based on a Christian view of humanity. The casayohana foundation was established in 2018 to ensure the long-term sustainability of the work in Peru. Through mainly volunteers, the foundation supports the work in Peru in terms of personnel, material and organization.
VOICES OF OUR SUPPORTERS.
Here's what our ambassadors have to say.
Günther Guthmann
Pastor and Inspector in HGV & 2nd Chairman EC Bayern
I want to support casayohana because it is run by employees with heart and soul and because the concern to help children with disabilities or women and children with psychological trauma therapeutically and holistically is worthwhile.
Matthias Frey
Director of the TABOR study and living community
Far away from media attention, the poorest and weakest urgently need our help. Casayohana offers shelter and holistic help for victims of domestic violence and neglect, for mothers and children who would have little hope on their own. Through the contribution of our employees, God's love becomes tangible and takes on hand and foot. That is why I support casayohana with all my heart!
Tobias Glemser
Managing Director of secuvera GmbH, IT security service provider
Casayohana supports people in distress in a region where this form of distress has no place in society. This is done with tireless, years of personal commitment. In order for the aid to have a long-term and sustainable effect, casayohana must find support to be able to spread the work over the heads of many helpers, especially those from the region.
Dr. W. Philipp Hildmann
Head of Strategy Development and Policy Issues, Hanns Seidel Foundation, Munich
When people decide out of their faith to live in the service of those who are in particular need of help, it is always remarkable. What this means in concrete terms can be seen most vividly in the work of Sabine Vogel and casayohana. This contribution to giving people the freedom to shape their lives on their own responsibility, and in particular to giving children a future worth living, is extremely worthy of support as a valuable component of meaningful development cooperation.
Philipp Hahn
Executive Coach, Top 100 Redner, Zukunftsforscher, Unternehmer, CEO der super disruptiven Business Consultancy: R&H
Our consumer frenzy not only affects the global environment, but also the poorest regions of the world. There, people pay an immeasurable price for our excesses. The tireless team of casayohana helps the people of Andahuaylas, Apurimac-Peru, an almost forgotten region in the country of cocaine export No.1: Peru, where there is no basis for a halfway normal life.
Renate Schmidt
Former Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth
Disabled children, sexual abuse in the highlands of Peru, what’s that about me?, quite a few may ask when they read this. In our globalized, in our One World, we are in need – no matter where it arises – a great deal. Casayohana needs your support. My request: Open your heart (and wallet), support casayohanawho work and help there and, with God’s help, make the world a little better where it ends for many of us.
