The decision pursuant to Section 60a (1) AO dated August 9, 2018, issued by the Munich Tax Office, Corporate Tax Department, has been received by the casayohana Foundation. The trust foundation has been recognized as a non-profit organization. This was confirmed in the “Exemption Notice from Corporation and Trade Tax” issued by the Ansbach Tax Office on November 14, 2024.
